“Which was your favorite table to work and why?” ~Nathan
My two favorite games to deal were Pai-Gow Poker and Roulette. I loved Pai-Gow Poker because of the slow, relaxed pace of the game, plus I enjoyed setting the hands and I thought it was fun when the Player became Banker. I loved dealing roulette because I enjoyed all of the math I had to do and I liked the mechanics of the game such as sweeping the chips, mucking and spinning the ball.
